An ergonomic pillow is shaped to hold your head, neck and spine in one neutral line. An ordinary pillow simply fills the gap — and once it compresses, your neck spends the night taking the load instead.

Frequently asked questions
These are the questions we answer most often on the phone and on WhatsApp — about settling in, warranty, cleaning and delivery in Israel.
How long does it take to get used to a new pillow?
Most people settle in within a few nights, though some need a week or two — especially when moving from a very flat pillow. Rest your head in the middle of the support zone, stay with the same pillow for several nights in a row, and do not judge it after a single night. That is exactly what the 60-night trial is for.
What does the warranty cover?
Every RiseUp pillow carries a three-year warranty against manufacturing defects — a failed seam or a foam core that breaks down in normal use. It does not cover ordinary wear, stains, or damage caused by washing the foam itself. Keep your order details, contact us by phone or email, and we will take it from there.
Are the pillows suitable for every sleeping position?
Yes, but not the same pillow for everyone. Side sleepers need a taller, firmer profile to fill the gap at the shoulder; back sleepers need a medium height that supports the curve of the neck; stomach sleepers need the flattest option available. Choose by position further up this page, or ask us and we will point you to the right model.
How do I clean the pillow?
Take the cover off and wash it separately, following its care label. The foam core must never go into a washing machine or a tumble dryer — water and spinning damage its structure. Spot-clean marks with a damp cloth and a mild soap, then let the pillow air-dry in the shade, away from direct heat.
Do you deliver anywhere in Israel, and can I collect in person?
Home delivery anywhere in Israel costs ₪39 and comes straight to your door. Collection in person is free of charge and possible from 9 HaSivim St., Petah Tikva 4959370, but by prior arrangement only — call or message us first so that someone is there to meet you. We are open Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 to 17:30.
Can a pillow treat neck pain or snoring?
No. A pillow is a comfort and support product: it can help you hold a comfortable position and reduce pressure points, but it is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you have persistent pain, disturbed breathing during sleep or another medical concern, please see a qualified practitioner.
